The end of the rewind

So groundhog day is approaching and hopefully spring will quickly follow. I'll end the rewind with some pics of Liam with Thomas the tank Engine.

Memories of the summer

While today Liam and I played hockey on the icy driveway, I post back to the summer and our little fishing trip up North. We also tried roasting marshmellows over a stove, as seen in one of the pictures. What's missing is the small fire ball on a stick which happened shortly after, yes it was a bad idea.

Keep rewinding

A red head Liam helps to bring in the holiday. We also did a trip for ice cream down at the harbor and visited with Liam's young cousins.

Time to Rewind

Yesterday was blue Monday, supposedly the most depressing day of the year. We currently have had 40cm more snow this year then we did last year at the same point, and last year we placed 3rd for all time snow fall. Sooooo, good time to do some rewinds and check out last summer. We start off with outside the baseball stadium and a cool balloon character.

Checking out Max and Ruby

Liam and I recently went to go see Max and Ruby live on stage. Max and Ruby are cartoon bunny rabbits (brother and older sister.) I attempted to take pics during the show, especially some video of Liam getting his groove on with the show, however the lighting was too dark for the camera. Here are some of pics before the show began.

Liam the Photographer

So Liam got a new digital camera for Christmas. Above are some of the shots taken from the little man's camera.

A visit to the Science Center

Over the holidays we took Liam to see the Science Center. Liam was on the move too much to catch many great photos, but here we paused for a moment of reflection.

Christmas Eve Snow

We had our third snow dump on the early morning of Christmas Eve. Liam and I went out and shoveled, but the wet packing snow tempted Liam into attacking me with snowballs. We also built a small fort and slide which Liam played on for several hours. Too bad just a few days later the temp rose and the rain melted most of the snow.
