Do I miss my soo soo?

Looking at the photos I picture of Pirate Dad and his two sons caught my eye. It seems like a life time now since Liam gave up the soother, but he actually gave it up at easter so it has only been 4 months. He no longer asks for it, but after he initally gave it up there was a period of a month that he would beg for it. This was mostlt true at bedtime because that was when he was allowed to have the soother. It was a month of sleeping on the floor in order to get him to fall asleep, and strangely he now has to have the light on when he falls asleep, something he didn't need when he slept with the soother. Here is one of the last pics with Liam and his Soother.

Great Sharing

It's been a little while since the last post, but what can I say, two kids, wife and life keep ya busy and finding time to play on the computer is a luxury. Anyways, I've finally made the effort of downloading some pics and vids from my memory stick. That's the trouble of having these large memory sticks, too many pics to can be stored so downloading takes forever and I do it less frequently. I'm going to start off with a bit of a rewind again, let's finish off Easter with Liam and his Chocolate.

Liam Meets Darth Vader

So we where walking around and ran into the man in black. Not quite true, we where at a Toy store which had some characters dressed up. Liam first met Darth Vader inside the store while he was trying out a bike for the summer. At first he was a bit surprised and scared to run into .Vader, however as we left the store, he decided he would mind giving a high five

Here Liam gets a chance to ride in a nice yellow Hummer, however it's of course toy size he had to get a hair cut in order to ride in it.

It's been awhile since the last post. W,e have been busy with many activities, Gymnastics, swimming, Dash Sports (it's a mix of various sport games) and of course, Liam also does a reading and crafts activity. He has become an expert with the glue and scissors, here are some examples of his works of art.

The end of the rewind

So groundhog day is approaching and hopefully spring will quickly follow. I'll end the rewind with some pics of Liam with Thomas the tank Engine.

Memories of the summer

While today Liam and I played hockey on the icy driveway, I post back to the summer and our little fishing trip up North. We also tried roasting marshmellows over a stove, as seen in one of the pictures. What's missing is the small fire ball on a stick which happened shortly after, yes it was a bad idea.
